Major Craft Giant Killing 1G Slow Jigging GK1SJ-B60/2 – Max 250g

The Major Craft Giant Killing 1G GK1SJ-B60/2 is a versatile slow-pitch jigging rod designed for offshore anglers who want excellent jig control while keeping physical effort to a minimum.

At 6'0" (1.83m) with a maximum jig rating of 250g, the B60/2 is one of the most versatile models in the Giant Killing 1G Slow Jigging range. It is designed for a wide variety of offshore applications, including bluefish at depths up to around 100m, shallow-water bottom fishing and species such as sea bass and cod.

Major Craft uses an intermediate-modulus carbon blank with a smoothly flexible taper. This design helps the rod load naturally during jigging and reduces unnecessary physical strain during long fishing sessions.

The rod features Fuji K-style O-ring guides with stainless-steel frames and a Fuji PULS reel seat, combined with an ergonomic EVA grip designed for comfortable handling.

Designed for Versatility

The GK1SJ-B60/2 is positioned by Major Craft as the most versatile model in this part of the range. It offers a balanced combination of sensitivity, jig control and power, making it suitable for different depths and target species.

The smooth taper allows the blank to bend progressively and helps the angler impart controlled movements to the jig without excessive effort. This makes the rod particularly suitable for longer offshore sessions.
