JLC FLY spare body

This innovative JLC Fly 170 lure realistically mimics one of ocean's most spectacular and sought-after fish: the Flying fish. Its hydrodynamic shape, wing-like fins and natural swimming action make it irresistible to large predators. JLC has added realistic anatomic details on the JLC Fly 170, such as large eyes, wing-like side fins and a curved tail with great mobility. The soft body comes with a through hole to facilitate mounting the assist hooks, in the lure’s back.

JLC is also offering spare silicone bodies, as replacements to the lures that will become victims of an attack.

JLC has developed it using UV-reactive coating, which absorbs ultraviolet light and converts it into a visible glow that many fish can see in the UV spectrum. By improving the lure's visibility and appearance, it enables predators to detect it easily and bring about more attacks. Being a versatile lure that can be fished either close to the surface, or close to the bottom, it addresses numerous predators such as Amberjack, Dentex, Red Snapper, Groupers and Tuna.

The Fly 170 replacement body is available in two colors:

• Real Red #1 UV, red with black flecks and red glitter
• Real Blue #2 UV , blue-black with pearly reflections
